Section 10 guide on how to use the Act [Section 51(1)(b)]
As per section 51(1)(b) of the Act, which calls for a description of the guide, referred to in section 10 and how to obtain access to it. The guide is required to be made available from the Human Rights Commission by no later then August 2003.
